Venezuela had a back-to-back Miss Universe win for 2008 and 2009. Is it possible for the number 1 beauty pageant powerhouse to win a historic 3rd consecutive crown? Only time can tell
Venezuelan Glamazons arrive at the pageant prepared and ready to win the crown. They crown their successor the year before and the queen received year-long training in ”areas that she needs to improve on”. As of this writing, Venezuela already has the girls who will compete in Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss World next year.

Basing on the pic above, plus the magic touch of Osmel Souza, I will not wonder if these ladies will be frontrunners in their respective international pageants. I am hopeful that Philippines, my dear country, will be able to produce a good batch of queens next year. And how I wish they will stage the national pageant earlier than the usual February or March! I am actually happy with the girls’ placement especially for Adriana’s. I am sure that Ms. Julia Morley of Miss World will love her…
Below, I am posting some of the videos from their pageant night and I hope that someone from Bb. Pilipinas will realize how their pageant and the organization badly needs a “facelift”.

The Ladies during the Swimsuit Competition
Those Filipinas who are interested in joining Bb. Pilipinas 2010 should learn from Elizabeth’s (Trujillo) performance in this part. I think she aced the round with that polished catwalk (mark – 8:23 to 8:50).

Hopefully a Bb. Pilipinas organizer can see this!
